Students Help Restore Catalina Island’s Fragile Ecosystem
Our students traveled to Catalina Island to take part in hands on conservation with the Catalina Island Conservancy, removing more than 1,600 invasive plants in one day. Guided by Invasive Plant Manager Aaron Kriesberg, they learned that real restoration takes teamwork, curiosity, and heart, and returned home inspired to keep protecting the natural world.

Providing Youth Camping Gear Support Through Shared Mission and Collaboration
When the City of La Habra and Latino Outdoors needed gear for 60 youth and adult leaders on a multi-day camping trip, Healthy Footprints Adventure Community provided over 175 pieces of essential gear. Through our Gear Library, we help make outdoor experiences possible for communities who need support with tents, sleeping bags, and packs, removing barriers and creating meaningful access to nature.
