Natural History Museum - Field Trip for Field School Families

We’re excited to see our Field School friends and families at the Natural History Museum! Come explorethe museum, discover wildlife, and enjoy a fun day together. Parents and siblings are welcome!

We’ll gather on the South Lawn near the South Entrance for a circle meetup before heading inside. Please be on time...we must enter the museum together as one group.

Before the event, registered families will receive an email with our meetup schedule, including lunch on the lawn. Between meetups, enjoy time to explore with your family and Field School friends.

Admission is free, but tickets are limited. Every attendee needs a ticket, including students, parents, and siblings. Please reserve only if you plan to attend.

Choose a free ticket or purchase a $10 contribution ticket to help more kids get outdoors through Healthy Footprints Adventure Community, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Both provide the same museum access.

The event is listed as ending at 2:00 p.m., but families are welcome to stay and continue exploring during museum hours.

Bring a packed lunch, water, and comfortable walking shoes. Keep lunches in your vehicle or securely zipped inside a backpack; the museum cannot store them. Children must remain within view of a parent or designated chaperone throughout the visit.
