Giving Back: Trail Maintenance Day!
Find balance by giving back to the land and communities that give us so much. We are going to spend the morning at a community event, cleaning up the South Hills Wilderness in Glendora. Please join us! *This is a service event and will count towards the earning of an HFAC service tag.

About the event
Find balance by giving back to the land that give us so much. We are going to spend the morning at a community event, cleaning up the South Hills Wilderness in Glendora and maintaining the trails. Please join us!
Check-in and lunch will take place at the South Hills City Park on Mauna Loa Avenue. Each participant will receive a free commemorative patch and a free lunch for helping maintain the local trails in the City of Glendora.
Drop-off: 8:00 am
Pick-up: 12:30 pm

Cost: optional $5 donation
Students will meet an HFAC educator at check-in and will stay with them for the duration of the event.

Our new badge program is launching! This service project will give each participants points towards their first community service award.
Please RSVP if you are joining our group. The donation will go towards a healthy snack and HFAC financial assistance fund. Changing lives, one child at a time.
-Individuals are asked to bring the following: gloves, long pants, sturdy shoes, water, sunscreen, bandana/hat and bug repellent. Please let us know if you do not have these items, in your registration.
-Tools for trail work will be provided.
-Each individual will be asked to sign release forms by the City of Glendora and HFAC.
-Any volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian signature on the release form.
