Camp & Climb in Joshua Tree

We had so much fun last year, we are doing it again! Campers and climbers still talk about our times together in Joshua Tree. This is one of our favorites!

CAMPING

Camping is more fun with friends! Spend the day with us at the large group camp-site  surrounded by majestic views and plenty of rocks to explore! At the site, we will have with an educational activity, games, a campfire, and exciting night-hike exploration. Bring your headlamps for this exciting and memorable time together.

CLIMBING

On the second day, experience Joshua Tree from a different angle! All ages and abilities are welcome to join us on this exciting custom-designed rock-climbing tour for our group only! We will be equipped with high-quality rock climbing gear, including high performance shoes, harnesses, and rock climbing helmets of all sizes. All gear is clean, well taken care of, and high performing. Our professional guides will choose multi-level routes near our campground...something for everyone! 

CHECK-OUT LATE OR STAY ANOTHER DAY

NEW! Late check-out or stay an extra day at the campsite!

This allows for a late check-out. If you would like to pack-up after rock-climbing, stay longer at the camp-site, or even camp one more night and check out at noon on Tuesday, select this option! Please note - HFAC leaders may not be present for this additional night. It is available for those that would like to stay the additional time with family. We ask that the site is clean and cleared by noon on Tuesday May 7th. Please no loud music, alcohol, or pets.

Choose camping, climbing, or camping AND climbing!

Late Check-out May 6th-7th

This option will offer you the chance to return to the campsite after climbing, for a few hours, or for one more night! Typically, all need to be checked out by noon on May 6th per park regulations since we pay per night, which means you will need to be packed up before rock-climbing - which is okay for some! Others, not so much. =) There is an addt'l fee for late checkout or to add an extra day.
