After Dark Adventure: Guided Night Hike

• Age: All ages (Must be able to leisurly walk for about 2 hours with stops for observation)

Join us for an extraordinary adventure as we invite you to explore the mysteries of the night guided by Boaz! This immersive nocturnal hike is your chance to delve into the hidden world of various creatures that come to life after dark. 

Highlights:

• Learn How to Find and Observe: Discover techniques to find, observe, and identify various nighttime creatures for observation.
• Identification Skills: Develop your abilities in identifying different nocturnal species based on their unique characteristics.
• Nighttime Ecology: Gain insights into the adaptations and behaviors that allow these creatures to thrive in the cover of darkness.
• Ecosystem Importance: Understand the crucial role these creatures play in maintaining the balance of our ecosystem.

What to Bring:

• Backpack: A small backpack to carry your essentials.
• Snacks: Pack some snacks to keep your energy up during the adventure.
• Water: Stay hydrated with a water bottle.
• Optional Headlamp, Flashlight, and/or Black Light: Enhance your experience by bringing a headlamp, flashlight, or a black light to observe creatures more closely.
• Notebook: Capture your observations and insights in a notebook.
• Curious Mind: Come with an open and curious mind ready to explore the mysteries of the night.

Registration Details:

• Cost: Special Rate of $25 (Reg. $36) per student, 1 adult per student is included and optional
• Drop off optional for ages 10+
• Limited Space: To ensure a high-quality experience, participation is limited.
• Location: The exact location in Glendora will be provided after registration
